返金ポリシー

We offer a 30‑day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.

For trading cards, this means:

  • No additional scratches, dents, whitening, or damage after opening
  • The tamper‑evident OPP seal must be intact and unopened
  • The original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

If the OPP seal is opened, removed, or damaged, the item cannot be returned.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately.

To process damage or defect claims smoothly, please provide:

  • Photos of the item upon arrival
  • Photos of the unopened OPP seal
  • Photos of the outer packaging and shipping materials
  • Photos taken before opening and during opening, if possible

These help us evaluate the issue accurately and provide the correct solution.

Non‑returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or tampered trading cards
  • Items with the OPP seal removed
  • Sale items

Return Shipping Fees

  • Customer‑initiated returns: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
  • Shop error / initial defect / shipping damage: We cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is accepted.

EU 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

The item must be in the same condition as received, with the OPP seal intact and no additional damage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
